You can follow these steps to fix the issue:
1. First, open the ‘Setting’ application, scroll down, and select ‘Mail, contacts, calendars’.
2. Then, click on ‘Add Account’.
3. Choose the ‘Add mail account’.
4. Then, choose ‘other’. Then, enter the first name & last name in the ‘Name’ options. Enter the Comcast email or password. So, the application can authenticate the email account. On entering all the information, choose Next to continue.
5. Click on the Next option continuously to save the profile. When this is complete, go back to the ‘mail, contacts, and calendars’ opt
