Generally, you don’t need to install Realtek HD Audio Manager on your system because it comes preinstalled on Windows 10 devices. If it is not installed on your device, you should head over to the Realtek website and download it. Then you have to open the installer and follow the on-screen instructions for the installation process. However, before installing it on your system, you should navigate to Program Files > Realtek > Audio > HDA folder and look for filename as RtkNGUI64, open it. This is the Realtek HD audio Manager Installation file on your system if it is already installed.
