In this case, you will have to force your device to shut down and then start it again. Make sure to be patient doing this: only if it has been frozen for more than 3 hours, then you are safe to do this and it won’t damage your device.

  1. You need to press and hold the power button until the PC is completely shut and then power it on manually.
